I am saying that there are two ways to sort in German. Depending on
the stuff you sort. It's different for phone books and other names
lists compared to ordinary words.

Look at the first sort function (sort_de). I replaced sort_de.php with
a version that uses the German standard sorting and I created
sort_de_1.php (should better be named sort_de_2) that uses the special
phone book and name standard for sorting.

Not sure if I've got this correctly. You say I can create BOLTsortDe2
and call that function by sort=de2?
