Are we talking about just converting from one basic markup to another? or something more involved? I suppose for the former it would not take more than a day's work. If the latter, it could be quite involved. Also, how many files are we looking at? I've been gaining some experience developing little modules for upgrading/converting/mining bunches of pages. So I have some existing code that would be helpful--and I would just need to focus on the markup conversions. Also, does DokuWiki use flat files, and what kind of page name syntax are we talking about? And what about plugins?
I'm thinking back to PmWiki. It is strictly a function of how advanced the original wiki is and what you want converted over. PmWiki can do some pretty complex stuff.
