I noticed a thread here about some wiki pages that had gone missing,
possibly due to bad conduct. Just wanted to make one quick suggestion:

I think anonymous posting could be an effortless feature for a wiki
moderator, with just two simple precautions:
1) Users have to include their e-mail, just like in anonymous
blogposts (not perfect but helps)
2) Anonymous and first-time (also registered) edits are put on hold
for approval by moderator. There's more to be said about how a
moderator queue might work though.

With the e-mail, it would also be possible to have your past edits
'accredited' to your name once you sign up with the same e-mail.
