New to BoltWire, but I am trying to figure out to collect some data using some forms (multiple checks, radio button and customized text fields and allow the user to upload txt,pdf,jpg,png data.
How is that possible in BoltWire? I did see quizzes and polls, but they are not something that I am looking for.
