3.5 is a good upgrade for existing sites as it fixes a security bug, and enhances several features. 4.0 is a good upgrade for new sites as it has lot's of new features and represents the future of BoltWire. For all the info and download links, please visit the BoltWire site. Read the Roadmap for a summary of what is in 4.x. I just wish the changelogs were more complete...
