Thanks for looking at 4.0. It is beta so not everything is working properly
just yet, but we're getting there... As for
Installing Skins: 4.0 is completely different from 3.0 and none of the
existing skins or docs have been updated yet. You should be able to get the
existing skins to work fairly easy though. Just look at your default
installation in boltwire/shared/skins/default and note the nomenclature for
the css and html file. Create a new folder for the skin you want to add and
rename the css and html files to match and give it a try. You will also
need to change the syntax of $$var to {var} in the skin and css file if it
exists. Let me know how it goes and if you need any special help with one
of the skins.
Uploading files: This was broken. It will be fixed in the next release.

Admin access: There were some problems with group memberships and
authorizations. They have been fixed and the changes will be in the next
release.
