Hi Dan, maybe you want to clear some files from the latest download version.
The htaccess in the boltwire folder shouldn't be there. The htaccess "deny all" in the fields config and files folder prevents user actions. Images are uploaded to the files folder but not shown on the site. There is no chance to create a config.php without resetting user rights. Good news: CleanURLs are working with your fix. Just have to keep in mind to use / when creating new pages via the URL bar (test.test1 does not work, test/test1 will do). In my installation the images in the boltwire/shared folders do not show up.
