I solved this way:
My normal side for all themes looks like this:
* [[archives.main|Archives]]
* [[docs|olddocs]]
* [[{p}&action=source|Page Source]]
* [[{p}&changetheme=1|CHANGE THEME]]
For the bootstrap theme I created side.bootstrap that looks like this
<ul class="nav nav-tabs nav-stacked">
<li> [[archives.main|Archives]]</li><li> [[docs|olddocs]]</li><li>
[[{p}&action=source|Page Source]]</li><li> [[{p}&changetheme=1|CHANGE
THEME]]</li>
</ul>
Works fine.
