Sure. Go to the pages you want to change and hit the title action. Change
it to what you want and the search function is automatically updated. You
can get anything you want to display in the title.

Sure. Try putting [(tags cloud)]. Let me know if it doesn't work. I don't
use it much but we recently added that feature.

Sure. The tag cloud will create those links automatically. But to create
your own links try:
[[action.tags&tag=scotland|scotland]]
