Ok, you have done more than enough to help with debugging! I just manually
created your account and will send you a new password. You should be able
to change it to whatever you want once you are logged in.

I'll keep checking into it why the email didn't get to you--it could just
be spam filters or whatever.

Thanks so much for your patience and perseverance. I've found getting the
account creation process if you are going to require emails to be extremely
complicated. Hopefully we can get it fully nailed down in the XPack!  :)
