The blinking arrow is broken --- as you have noticed. When it returns, I want it to have mutated into a general mechanism for arbitrary-length intra-playlist queues. Since an arbitrary high queue position is too complex to represent in a single icon, I'm thinking we should show that information as a number in the display margin instead. Something like this:
