Details:
When Bongo joins tracks, an action track will be joined together with other
surrounding objects. In some cases, this leads to empty section headers being
inserted.
To reproduce:
* Insert an action track, `i a'.
* Insert a collection of files that should be joined,
e.g., with `i f /dir/file* RET' or `i d /dir/ RET'.
=> The action track is joined with the other tracks.
=> An empty section header is inserted.
