It's that rare time again: Bongo 0.4.0 is out!
I will say up front that this is going to be a bit of an odd release:
it's server-only, and although the web bits are included they are mostly
very broken. However, for people using IMAP/POP/SMTP, this should
hopefully be a lot better a release than 0.3 was.
There is definitely going to be a 0.4.1 release in relatively short
order as well, and possibly a whole series of 0.4.x releases.
