Hmm. One book that I would really recommend is The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett. It takes place over the span of about 70 years or so and revolves around the building of a cathedral. It was a wonderful book! It is a long one...but I didnt want it to end! I have also recently re-read North and South by John Jakes. I love that trilogy that takes place during the Civil War. I read a lot of historical mysteries. Do you think that would be something that you would like? There are a lot of really good ones. E-mail me and I could send you a long list of them. :o) Another writer that I have heard a lot about is Phillipa Gregory. I have a copy of The Other Boleyn Girl, but haven't read it yet.
