(cross posted from the BC forum) I saw this on many wishlists, so rather than picking one person, I'm offering this to the community. It's a small hardback (mass-market paperback sized), so it shouldn't cost any more to ship than a usual trade paperback. It's also a very, very fast read, so it should travel quickly. I'd love for this to go far and wide- everyone's welcome! Please PM me with your shipping preferences, and let me know if you have a preference for where you're placed on the ray (ie: if you're starting school and don't want the book for another x months, or whatnot). If you do not specify a shipping preference, I'll assume you can ship internationally, and will arrange the list accordingly.
