You don't have to download all that, especially if you only need templates for one size label.
If you go to http://www.avery.com/us/Main? action=software.BlankTPLHierarchy&catalogcode=WEB01&node=0 (that's one long URL, mind the wrap, in the Templates section of the website) and go to the "Search by Product Number" section of that page you can get blank Microsoft Word templates just for what you want.
