Partial funding for registration may be available for those who wish to attend but are on limited income, on an âas availableâ basis. Guests may attend Reception and other activities if registered as a guest. Tee shirts are still in the production process. We've kept the same pricing from last year in the hopes that we can match it. If for some reason we can't, all orders will be honored at the price quoted when the order was placed. We've haggled and hashed our prices, dickered with the hotel for the best rates and worked really hard to keep everything as reasonable as possible. Current prices for the hotel in April are already well above the rate we are getting, and rates elsewhere in Charleston for springtime are nearly double our price(if not more.)
