I didn't buy anything. I just registered the books and printed up some 
of the downloadable labels at BC.com. Stuck the labels in the books and 
voila! Releasable books!

Check out the registration page. It tells you how to go about marking 
your book for release, and you don't have to buy anything. I think if I 
had to buy stuff for this hobby I'd be a lot less likely to be involved!
