I can barely keep up with registering and reviewing the books I want
to BookCross, and have given up any hopes of cataloging all
my "keeper" books! But there have been some threads about this in the
BC forums with lots of suggestions, from setting up your own Excel-or-
equivalent spreadsheet [lots of advantages there, as it's easy to do
and you can tailor it to your own needs] to using online sites such as
LibraryThing.

A couple of forum threads on this:

http://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/6/3946936 [This one's primarily
about keeping a books-I've-read journal rather than cataloging one's
library, but there's a lot of crossover.]

http://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/6/1827921 [An older thread, about
book-organizing software]

Hope those give you some ideas!
