I personally don't use PBS or any other "book swapping" type of site. However, on the general subject of sending/selling/giving away Bookcrossing books to anybody... I do feel it is important to make it clearly known up front that it is a Bookcrossing book and does/may have writing inside as well as stickers or labels on the inside or outside. Not only will it save you from running into trouble with violating TOS of a site, bad feedback, complaints, what have you... but it also can keep Bookcrossing from getting negative vibes from someone who may feel duped.
