I read "747" a few years ago, too and loved it. I agree it was a bit of a 
surprise book which made it all the more enjoyable.

I'm glad you mentioned The Man Who Ate the 747. I picked it up at the clearance 
rack this year. I haven't heard of it anywhere else, so it's good to see 
someone who like it!
