Ivan, I agreed your comments about 1).
publish and subscriber is easy to create new API. but
ConsumeMessageHandler#delivery is hard to change, since it is bound with
Message which is defined by protobuf, which would involve rewriting mount of
code.
I think it is OK to leave ByteString as they are.
