New patch cleans up the dep reduced pom on mvn clean. Now, this isn't going to
work the first time it goes through jenkins, because the clean phase runs
before the patch has been applied. It will work subsequent times though.
Generating the pom without the license should be impossible now, as the shading
and license writing happen in the same maven phase (package).
