The patch seems good to me, but I really don't know how to read "flakiness"
here. I understand that it is failing for you guys, but what is causing the
failure and how do we know that it is fixing the problem?
I'll get it in because it won't cause any harm and the improvements seem ok,
but it is unclear to me whether we have solved the problem or not.
