Okay cool, thanks for the help Flavio. So, just to recap so that I
understand, you suspect that we experienced BOOKKEEPER-198, put the
machines into a funky state, and now we just need to start over with these
servers - however 198 has been patched and we shouldn't see this specific
failure mode again with a current cut of the code?
