Good  Evening  all,

Thanks to the diligent research from Arne Schaeffer of Africana Books down in Cape Town, we have now discovered that the PAIA manuals for small businesses, professionals &c. no longer need to be submitted to the Human Rights Commission. The process has been delayed for a further 3 years, please see the link below and if you have any queries, I will do my best to address them :
