I finally send it to 'Joe' (https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?107535-Good-news-ongoing-production-of-Boom-Classic-and-Transporter-displays&highlight=joemuc2009) in Germany. And he fixed it for me very well. The Boom is now as new!!
