Tell me... I have copy and paste like a maniac.
But it was the only way to have a nice layout.

Be free to add it yourself. I will add it when I go to that page again
if it is not there.

One of the objectives of this subproject is to analyze the existent
macros at Trac. I think I have seen one about TOCs. But I feel is
better for Douglas health that a person finish this project and give
him a list of all the macros he must add to our Trac.
