Greeting,
I have cleaned up the documentation and added a dummy example of a
displaced operator new and operator delete (displaced.cpp). It takes for
granted that each library will deallocate its previously allocated block.
In this case it is not really a problem since I am using STL headers:

I would like a review before going further if possible.
