[boost] C++ Standards Committee upcoming meeting

The C++ Standards Committee will be meeting in Oxford, UK, April 7th 
through 11th. As always, Boosters are welcome to attend as "technical

The committee's pre-meeting papers are now available. (The membership list 
is for members only, and so is password protected, but the rest are 
available to the public.) See

The papers this time around include final, or close to final, proposals for 
adding type traits, regex, shared_ptr, bind, and a number of other bits and 
pieces from Boost to the Standard Library TR. While the author's of course 
get the main credit, everyone who participates in Boost in any way can 
justifiably feel proud of these proposals.
