I still can't commit to is_class.hpp - we'll have to wait for sourceforge by
the looks of it - I had thought the problem would have timed out by now :-(
* [type_traits] is_polymorphic_test and stateless_test failures.
Awaiting response from John Maddock.
Reverting is_class.hpp will fix those.
I'll go and hide now before I mess something else up!
