We are about to announce the opening of registration. Please review the test

In particular:
The announcement that registration is open.
The Eventbrite event
The lodging page because the online link from the Meadows should be in
place.
The sidebar should show that registration is open, that the hotel is
taking reservations, but should not show that we are accepting submission or
volunteer applications.
