damian conway is interested in getting to boston sometime during his
summer tour (june/july). one sure way to get him here would be to set up
a training class of some sort. who here would be interested in taking
such a class (topic to be determined)? what about others at the places
you work? i don't have any ideas on the numbers of people needed to
attend, prices, locations, etc. this is just a trial balloon to see if
there is interest. if boston.pm produces the class, maybe some (meager)
profits could be made to fund other monger projects. if we get him here
for a training, we could also ask him to do one of his famous
presentations and/or attend a social gathering.
post your thoughts and let's get moving on this. he is hard to pin
down. :)
