[Boston.pm] perl test

can someone point me to some documentation
on how to create tests for a module I want
to upload to CPAN?

I have a t/ subdirectory, and I put some
perl scripts in it that have .t extensions,
and when I run the scripts from the command
line, they run fine.

but when I go through the install steps and
get to     'make test'   I get trouble.
