OK, so here's the link to where the modules I've been working on polishing up
can be found:

I would greatly appriciate any input on them. Particularly if you catch some
horrible error or oversight which is destined to bite me in the ass.
The DB tarball has a few utilities in it, but the module is still just a
placeholder. The main CompBio tarball actually contains two modules. The top
level module, which contains the core methods, and the Simple.pm submodule which
is an optional(prefered?) interface.
The parent directory contains the ancestors of these modules, including the
current db.pm which I'll port next.
