I'd like to make a reasonably large (like on use.perl and the perl6-meta &
perl6-internals lists) announcement of the Parrot demo at next tuesday's
tech meeting. I'm not sure what the procedure here is--while I'm not
expecting a particularly large turnout, on the other hand it seems rude to
invite a whole lot of strangers to what's essentially someone else's party.
So, shall I (or someone, at least) just make the public announcement, or
should this be kept reasonably low key?
