If a module isn't available via ppm on Win32, I usually just end up
installing it manually using nmake.

Hey all. Stuck here programming on m$ windows.
What do you do when there's a package that's available to the rest of the
world, but isn't available as an activestate ppd? In this specific case,
I found ppds for LibXML and LibXSLT from http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppmpackages/ which
is cool. Is there an effort being made to make more of the cpan archive
available as ppds?
