Yep. The only way to speed up majordomo delivery is to have it split
the outgoing recipient list into pieces before handing the mail to
the system mailer. (Which is what bulk_mailer does--it's a
post-processor for majordomo list mail) If one of the addresses
before you in line is slow it'll still take a while, but with
multiple lines the odds are lower.
