I'm sure my employer would be thrilled about mirrored versions of the pages. It would cause them to lose ad revenue.
I guess if they were willing to ask "can we post about your site?" it could be a multiple choice "yes", "no", "yes if you mirror the content", but since they don't ask at all, option three is irrelevant.
