Well I hope between the discussion on the list and the discussion at the social meeting that you guys aren't all talked out on the "mind share" topic. :-)
Perhaps the trick, if we try this discussion thing again, is to announce discussion topic just a day or two before the meeting, and only in the form of a meeting notice. Getting a topic that people are interested in discussing, but willing to hold off on until the meeting seems like a catch-22.
I would have been there myself, but the social meeting conflicted with the previously scheduled BLU meeting. (Finding a date that doesn't conflict is probably impossible, but these calendars might be helpful:
