Simple.pm - CMS::Simple module
base_page.tmpl - template used by all the pages
cms.pl - CMS::Simple driver script with all the config
healthier.cont - CMS::Simple::Parser content file
item_body.tmpl - template for items in the page body
nav_box.cont - CMS::Simple::Parser content file for nav box

feel free to ask (if you dare) any questions about this mess. and any
feedback on the site content or css is welcome. yes i know about the
obvious broken stuff as it needs css and such.
