[Boston.pm] Looking for a way to interface with facebook

I was wondering if anybody had any ideas for working with the kinds of  
dynamic pages facebook generates.   My main goal is to be able to add  
a friend (assuming I have already authenticated my session and have my  
friend's email address or facebook id).  I checked on CPAN for both a  
dedicated facebook client or a generic web client that could handle  
AJAX, but I wasn't able to find either.  The API that facebook exposes  
does not allow for this kind of functionality, so the  
WWW::Facebook::API modules don't seem to offer a solution.

Any help or pointers would be great.
