By looking a couple of lines higher up the screen from the useless error
message :-)  You might need to use the -v flag to make cvsimport spit
out a commentary on what it's doing where as it goes.

I don't remember whether it told me exactly which file it was grovelling
over at the time, or simply which directory it was looking in, but if it
was the latter then the sheer size of the file and its diffs made it the
obvious candidate - it's the "oddball" in the repo.
