Thanks to Robin Bohannan for forwarding this position paper from the public health department in CO.  I agree with Robin that this is a great model that HSA could use in preparing our own position paper, with those of you in areas other than health adding in the impact to your organizations and, in particular, pointing out the unintended consequences of the proposed legislative efforts.
