For elections to be free and fair, they need to be free of corporate
influence, corporate rules and corporate profits.
A paper ballot is mandatory. Open source software, NOT proprietary
software makes sense for public transactions like voting. HAVA is clearly
a boondoggle for select corporations. Bush knows how to protect his
constituents. It is time for you to wake up and protect the
taxpayers/voters!
