Americans. At the core of this freedom is our vote, which is worth
nothing if we cannot be sure that it will be counted. Hand counted paper ballots or DRE - generated
voter-verifiable paper ballots are the way to ensure the integrity of our
vote. The cost of implementing this is secondary to its importance.
