ensure honest elections. Many citizens of Boulder volunteered to hand
count but were not contacted for this past election. We are
volunteering again and will do so as the next election nears. It is
urgent that we have honest vote tallies and citizen confidence in that
honesty. Please make sure that our elections are fair, honest and
