Hi, folks: Jennifer: If your email is in an email folder, go to that folder, and open the particular email. Then, his Space with s. It will say "Document has not been modified" It will then ask you what folder you want it in. The default drive is Keysoft, but, if you backspae, you can select another drive and folder. You give it a filename, and decide whether not want to save it as a txt or brf file. Then, hit enter, and the text of the email is saved. Bob and Maxy-wax
