Hi Sarah, Well, screen readers, especially when configured not to speak punctuation, will not read emoticons, so I only heard the words. I can understand your frustration. Congratulations on having an mPOWER, as at this point, I can't even afford the transplant. I do hope that someone can give you the info that you seek, and that some day we can both have the latest and greatest.
