Yes, I have the right list. I'm really curious as to whether anyone else has noticed this. I found out because while I was recording with the MPower, my bird was whistling in the background. Try doing a test recording and give a little whistle. Do you notice any distortion? Mine has a sound along with the whistle, a little fluttery sound like the sound our bikes used to make when we put cards in the spokes so that they'd make that noise, remember? Well naturally when I noticed that, I did test whistles at all of the various qualities and levels, with the same disappointing results. I wonder what could be causing that. It does it with both internal and external microphones too. I sure wish the recorder didn't have distortions in sound of this type.
